Service Request

A CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE IS REQUIRED BEFORE ANY WARRANTY WORK CAN TAKE PLACE. A SERVICE FEE WILL BE CHARGED WHERE:

  • A product is found to be incorrectly installed
  • A product is found to have been modified in any way
  • Damaged at installation
  • Not being a fault in manufacture
  • The product is found to be unrelated. (Not a product from Premium Trade)

CALL OUT FEE: $150+GST (COVER THE FIRST 20 Minutes), PLUS $50+GST EVERY 20 MINUTES AFTER, PLUS THE COST FOR THE PARTS IF REQUIRED. IF THE CUSTOMER IS OUT OF MELBOURNE METRO AREA, CHARGE FOR THE TRAVELLING TIME WILL BE EXTRA.

PREMIUM TRADE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CARRY OUT WARRANTY REPAIRS, ACCORDING TO ITS GUIDELINES AND MAY CHOOSE TO REPAIR, REPLACE OR REFUND THE PRODUCT.
